Includes:

  2. Driver.
  3. Pick-up & delivery within the city
  4. City use
  5. City fuel
  6. Maximum use up to 12 hours daily or maximum 23:59 if the rental starts after 12:00 in the city
  7. Pick-up and delivery costs within the city
  8. Meal for drivers
  9. Mineral water

Exclude :

  1. The cost of using an out-of-town vehicle and driver.
  2. Pick-up and delivery fees outside the city.
  3. The driver’s stay costs IDR 150,000/day if staying outside the city.
  4. Toll and parking fees and tourist entrance tickets
  5. Overtime if it exceeds 12 hours or exceeds 23:59 the maximum limit, the overtime fee is 10% of the price of the car being rented.

CANCELLATION

Refunds & Rescheduling

  1. Full refunds will be issued if you cancel your order more than 24 hours prior to pick-up time.
  2. Refunds will not be issued if you cancel your order less than 24 hours prior to pick-up time
  3. No refunds for cancellations.
  4. Rescheduling must be done no later than 2 x 24 hours before the pick-up time. The rescheduling fee is IDR 50,000.
  5. The provider has the right to refuse the rental if the Rental Conditions are not met
